An example of AI usage involved the environment bureau, which employed the AI system to create clear project explanations for social media. The system provided three options, highlighting its ability to generate novel ideas quickly. However, officials stress the need for checks to prevent copyright violations or other issues. Tokyo plans to use AI for tasks such as summarizing conference minutes, aiming to enhance administrative services’ efficiency and quality while ensuring safe AI usage.
